From the Kitchen of Joe & Cheryl: Grilled Shrimp

Mango Pepper JellyWant to add a different and delicious flavor to your shrimp? Here is how Joe does it: When cooking large shrimp (peeled and deveined), grill them and then dunk them into any of our pepper jellies.

One of our favorite jellies to use for this particular dish is the Mango Pepper Jelly. This jelly is made with red peppers and jalapeno peppers roasted over a fire. If you look at the jar closely, you can see the roasted skin from the peppers. This, coupled with the sweetness of our Florida mangoes, gives it an incredible flavor. And when you combine this with your grilled shrimp, you add a new and delicious flavor to it!
