flavors. Different types of peppers such as habanero, jalapeno, serrano, and cayenne peppers are magically combined with fruit flavors like peach, mango, pineapple, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry or blueberry. Your end result is a delicious pepper jelly. For those who prefer the unique taste of pepper, it is also offered without the fruit.

One of Joe’s favorite final touches to barbecued spare ribs, chicken or pork chops is to add pepper jelly a few minutes before the meat is cooked. Here is the secret: cook spare ribs, chicken or pork chops on the grill until they are just about done. Then using a spoon, whip up the pepper jellies to give it a smoother texture. Then brush on the pepper jelly so it melts into the meat. And voila! Enjoy your BBQ A La Pepper Jelly!
